Starting with Alnico V magnets, these pickups come loaded with period correct appointments such as Formvar coated magnet wire, staggered pole pieces, and fiber bobbins. These features help the Fat 50s pickups pump out the clean, sparkling tone reminiscent of the Strats of old.
